Frequent Billing Questions
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. Kinetic CRM subscriptions are a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.
Are there any additional fees?
No. The prices you see above are all inclusive. There are no other hidden fees whatsoever.
What types of payment do you accept
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal, checks, or purchase orders. We also do not take orders over the phone.
Is Kinetic CRM reliable, secure, and confidential? Is my data safe? Where is the data hosted?
We take all reasonable precautions to keep your information safe and secure. We utilize highly secure data centers and storage technology to reliably host our applications.
Who can see my data? Do you sell my information?
Your privacy and security is our #1 priority. Only you will be able to view what goes on in your account. No one else (including employees of Kinetic CRM) are allowed to view your data.
Do you provide phone support?
We provide unlimited support via email for our paying customers, but we don't provide support over the phone. We do our best to respond to every email within just a few hours of receiving it. Your emails always get answered by an owner. We do not outsource our support overseas or employ low paid, unqualified support staff.
